Very good printing result.
Very good printing result. The service was reasonably prized. The cover design was very good and quick. The only drawback is that the online portal can be a bit confusing, but it was alwas possible to directly call Ridderprint to resolve any confusions, so it was not an issue.
Excellent service and print quality
I’ve printed my PhD thesis at Ridderprint, and can highly recommend their service. I was relatively close to my deadlines but they acted promptly, kept in touch, and made sure that everything was delivered in time.
There was a small hiccup in the ordering process, my custom number of preprints did not make it through and I got less preprints delivered. The company was however easy to reach, and the employees responded helpfully and fixed the problem immediately.
I did not have a much of special wishes for my print, other than recycled paper, and I think their price was on par with the competitors, or possibly just slightly higher. In any case, well worth the value.
A friend that is a printing expert looked at the print with a magnifying glass and evaluated it as good quality.

Ridderprint was my first choice since I had heard good things from my colleagues. They stuck to their word and deadlines and the process was very smooth.
There was a moment when I did not receive the proof copy of my book on time due to the delivery company issues. But Ridderprint handled it well and were ready to send their proof copy in case I did not receive mine.
All in all, a very professional experience.
